Welcome to With Style Designs (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of withstyledesigns.com and any web design, development, hosting, maintenance, branding, or digital services we provide.

1. Services
With Style Designs provides professional web design, website development, website maintenance, hosting, branding, graphic design, and related digital services.
All work will be completed in accordance with an agreed quotation, proposal, or written contract.
2. Quotations and Payment
- Quotations remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- A deposit will be required before work begins.
- The remaining balance is payable upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.
- Website ownership transfers only after all outstanding invoices have been paid in full.
- Late payments may result in suspension of services or hosting until payment has been received.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate project information.
- Supply all required text, images, branding, and other content unless advised otherwise.
- Ensure they have the legal right to use all materials they provide.
- Respond promptly to requests for feedback and approval.
Project timelines may be extended if required information is not provided.
4. Website Ownership
With Style Designs believes that clients should own the websites they pay for.
Once all invoices relating to the project have been paid in full, ownership of the completed website transfers to the client.
This includes ownership of:
- The completed website
- Custom page designs
- Client-specific functionality
- Website content supplied by the client
- Custom code created specifically for the client’s project
- The website database
The client may request a complete copy of their website files and database at any time after payment has been made in full.
The client is free to transfer their website to another hosting provider or web developer whenever they choose.
5. Intellectual Property
While the client owns their completed website, With Style Designs retains ownership of its own intellectual property.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Internal development frameworks
- Reusable code libraries
- Templates and starter themes
- Design systems
- Development workflows
- Internal tools and utilities
- Proprietary software created independently of the client’s project
These items may be reused in future projects and are not transferred as part of website ownership.
6. Third-Party Software and Licences
Many websites rely on third-party products including:
- Premium themes
- Plugins
- Fonts
- Stock photography
- Payment gateways
- Booking systems
- Analytics platforms
These remain the property of their respective owners and are governed by their own licence agreements.
Where ongoing licences are required, the client may be responsible for renewing them following website transfer.
7. Hosting and Domains
Where hosting services are provided by With Style Designs:
- Hosting fees are payable in advance.
- Domains remain subject to the terms of the relevant domain registrar.
- The client may transfer their hosting or domain to another provider at any time.
If assistance with migration is requested, additional charges may apply unless included within a maintenance agreement.
8. Website Maintenance
Maintenance plans are optional unless otherwise agreed.
Maintenance may include:
- Software updates
- Security monitoring
- Website backups
- Minor content changes
- Technical support
Clients may cancel maintenance services by providing written notice.
Cancellation of maintenance does not affect ownership of the website.
9. Revisions and Project Scope
Project quotations include the number of revisions outlined in the proposal.
Additional revisions or work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Any significant changes requested after project approval may require a revised quotation.
10. Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, With Style Designs may display completed work within its portfolio, website, and marketing materials.
No confidential client information will be disclosed.
11. Limitation of Liability
While we take every reasonable care in delivering our services, With Style Designs shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of business
- Website downtime caused by third-party providers
- Data loss resulting from events outside our reasonable control
- Cyber attacks
- Indirect or consequential losses
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate a project by written notice.
The client remains responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
Any deposits paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
13. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be published on this website with a revised effective date.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
